Silvia represents buyers and sellers of luxury homes and condos throughout San Francisco and Marin county.  Her commitment to excellence in serving her clients has landed her in the Top 2% of real estate sales worldwide since 2004.

Silvia is part of an exclusive Top Agent Network, which gives her access to dozens of "off-market" listings a week.  This provides her buyers with a huge advantage over those who depend only on public MLS listings.  For sellers, this exclusive network allows her clients to "test" the market in a highly efficient way, and also allows for "quiet", off-market sales.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Silvia worked in finance at Blue Chip companies such as Lucasfilms, Disney and Goldman Sachs.  The analytical, marketing and negotiating skills she acquired during her tenure at these companies has proven extremely helpful in achieving the highest possible values for her listings, and in securing the best deal for her buyers.  

Silvia is originally from the Bay Area, and lived in San Francisco for nearly 20 years before moving across the bridge to Tiburon in 2019.  She graduated from UC Berkeley, and later earned an MBA at UCLA with a focus on marketing and finance.   She is a strong believer in giving back to the community, and supports numerous local and global nonprofits.  She is an avid traveler, and has trekked across 50+ countries.
