About Bob

3rd generation, born and raised in San Francisco, I have represented Buyers and Sellers of 500 + properties in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin Counties since 1978. My approach is to first determine my client’s objectives then knowing what needs to be accomplished, utilize the most advance Real Estate Systems to complete those objectives.  I stand for integrity, strong business ethics and personal service from the 1st day to the completion of my clients’ objectives.

Having SOLD Homes, Condos, TIC’s and Multiple Unit Buildings, each has presented me with a unique perspective and from these successful experiences I have developed the ability to serve my clients best interests regardless of “The Market”.

Just like the Stock Market I have seen the rise and fall of the Real Estate Market many times.  Not one of my clients has lost money because I know before each market change what is a good buy and what is not. I have taken specialized training in negotiation skills and Real Estate Appraisal.  I received the “10 Most Dependable Real Estate Professionals of the San Francisco Bay Area” from SF Magazine.  My degree of SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST enables me to help people over 50 with their special requirements.
